-1.: What format are the photos and media files in?
All CREATIVE DRAGON WORKS photos are in JPG format and come without watermark. Music files are in AIFF format and video sequences in MOV (QuickTime). If you need to convert the media files to other formats and don't know how to do, please "google" i.e. for "convert AIFF to MPEG" or similar. You will find plenty of possibilities.

-2.: Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Ja, entsprechend wie sie gemacht werden. Klicken Sie auf "Newest Photos" um die neuesten Fotos und Dateien zu sehen.

-3.: Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by CREATIVE DRAGON WORKS and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.

-3.: Kann ich Fotos hochladen und diese verkaufen?
Momentan kann nur CREATIVE DRAGON WORKS Fotos hochladen und verkaufen. Es kann aber sein, daß wir in Zukunft über solche Möglichkeiten nachdenken werden.

-4.: Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund for downloaded products. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis. For products we ship, like books and magazines we follow German law. Please read Terms and Conditions.

-4.: Bieten Sie Rückerstattungen an?
Wenn Sie einmal ein herunterladbares Produkt gekauft haben, können wir leider keine Rückerstattungen gewähren. Dieses begründet sich darin, daß wir Ihnen vollen Zugang zur gesamten digitalen Kollektion unserer Fotos und Dateien bieten und diese Produkte einfach nicht returniert werden können. Fallbedingt mag es jedoch Ausnahmen geben.

-5.: Are there any restrictions on my use of the CREATIVE DRAGON WORKS photos or files that I download?
Yes, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. We do allow the multiple use i.e. for one edition of a newspaper, book, advertisement and the like, no matter how big the production volume is. If it is intended to use the same photo or file in another, different edition again, the photo or file will need to be purchased again. For website use the photo or file may be used multiple times as long this stays within one and the same domain. Further the photos or files should be credited.

-5.: Unterliegt die Nutzung der Fotos bzw. Dateien, die von CREATIVE DRAGON WORKS heruntergeladen werden irgendwelchen Restriktionen?
Ja, ein Weiterverkauf der Fotos bzw. Dateien ist strikt untersagt. Es ist z.B. nicht erlaubt die Fotos bzw. Dateien in irgendeiner Art eines Archives weiter zu vertreiben. Erlaubt ist die Nutzung von Fotos z.B. in einer Ausgabe einer Zeitung,eines Buches, einer Werbeanzeige usw., ganz gleich wie hoch die Auflage ist und wie oft es innerhalb der Ausgabe verwendet wird. Soll das selbe Foto in einer weiteren, anderen Ausgabe nochmals verwendet werden, so muß es erneut erworben werden. Das gilt entsprechend für alle Dateien wie Video-Sequenzen und Musik. Bei der Verwendung auf Webseiten darf jede Datei durchaus mehrfach verwendet werden, solange dieses unter ein und derselben Domain verbleibt. Ferner sollte die Quellenangabe nicht fehlen.

-6.: If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access during its validity to download any photos or files on our site at no extra charge.

-6.: Wenn ich ein Abo kaufe, kommen dann noch irgendwelche andere Kosten beim Herunterladen auf mich zu?
Nein, das Abo berechtigt zum unlimitierten herunterladen von Fotos und Dateien innerhalb der Abolaufzeit ohne weitere Gebühren!

-7.: Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

-7.: Ist es erlaubt ein Abo mit anderen zu teilen?
Nein, ein Abo mit anderen zu teilen entspricht dem unerlaubten Weiterverkauf. Freunde und Kollegen müssen sich selber jeweils ein Abo kaufen.

-8.: I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos CREATIVE DRAGON WORKS using your details, send a support request.

-8.: Ich habe ein Abo gekauft, kann es aber nicht aktivieren. Was soll ich tun?
In seltenen fällen kann es vorkommen, daß der Zahlungsprozessor nicht den zahlungseingang an unser System meldet und daher automatische Aktivierung des Abos nicht erfolgt ist.
